This site is dedicated to shining a light on the actions and behavior of our HOA Board. The makeup of our Board for the past several years has consisted of Leean Craven, Cheri Cairns and Mindy Lemmings. They have recently been joined by the appointment of Kent Wilson. Directors Craven, Cairns and Lemmings have been behaving with an attitude that they are untouchable and above the law. Basically as if our community is their own private domain to do with as they please. Improvements or maintenance to their properties that is inconsistent with our architectural standards, flagrant flouting or disregard for our rules, and worse.

These three are also the ones responsible for bringing to our community the predatory towing company Night Star Towing and tried to have our alleys improperly designated as Fire Lanes.

Kent has served on the Board on and off through the years so his history is the least questionable at this point. There are however, improvements to his property inconsistent with our architectural standards and pointed out on this site that call his integrity into question as well.

The purpose of this site it to hold accountable those who would seek to sit in judgement of their neighbors for adherence to our rules. It should not be too much to ask of those who seek to be in this position to be expected to follow those rules themselves, should it?
